And I found what I missed; a good character motivation for my villain.

I think that’s the hardest part. I don’t want to create a villain that’s too evil and has no redeeming factor. But in order to do that, the motivation of that character must be inherently good and the way in which they act is the cause of concern. And that leads to another problem. At the end, do I get the character to realise and change for the better or realise and stay the same.

But I think I’ve wrapped it up pretty well for now.


This is why I should have improved on my plotting skills before getting straight into writing!!
